If you use lots of custom fields (which many of our projects do excessivly) the field "Description" always gets displayed at the very end.
This is kind of annoying, as this is in many cases the most important piece of information, which is always at the end right before the comments-area starts.
Please change this, that it is displayed just beneath the header before all custom fields
As an alternative you could extend field-layout-schemes that they also influence the order of fields, when you VIEW issues.
