JIRA ignores invalid due dates, instead of reporting an error

      If I enter '20-Oct-04' as a due date, it is accepted by JIRA, and internally the due date is set to '0004-10-20 00:00:00.0'. Also, if the due date is set to '20-Oct-20004', an issue is created without any due date set.
