Versions & Licenses prompts user to "Update" to older version

Description of problem

Versions & Licenses prompts user to "Update" to older version of the application that they are running.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install application version that is newer than the most recent release shown in Marketplace.
   • This has been reproduced with JIRA Core 7.0.2 and JIRA Service Desk 3.0.3
2. Versions & Licenses will show the older version is available and will provide a button to "Update" to the older version.
   • Example message shown: "JIRA Service Desk 3.0.2 is now available."

Expected Behavior

The Versions & Licenses page does not offer to "update" to an older version.
