Problem Definition
Currently, JIRA by default displays all dates relative to when they occurred and can be configured to be displayed as an actual date, as per JRA-45928.
Suggested Solution
Add an alternative option here to show exactly the dates in hh:mm format.
For example:
- Let's say the issue was created 29/Nov/15 11:10 AM.
- User is viewing the issue at 29/Nov/15 11:20 AM, the Created field needs to show 10m ago.
- And when the user view the same issue later in the day at 29/Nov/15 2:20 PM, the Created field should be 3h 10m ago.
