Screenshots in Comments will not render

      Inserting a screenshot into a comment results in the following appearing in the comment:


      Unable to render embedded object: File (WDP-1065 Retest - Website.png) not found.

      This started happening in the last 1-2 weeks

      Steps to recreate
      1) upload a screenshot
      2) add a new comment
      3) while adding the new comment click the attachment drop down and select a screenshot

      This results in the screenshot displaying the above error.

      Note: ctrl+v used when adding a screenshot correctly attaches the screenshot to the comment and it renders correctly.
