Summary

After update from JIRA 6.x to JIRA 7, a Date Time Picker calendar pop-up will not show anymore the current time, but will show instead always the same time. In my tests it shows always 10:00.

Environment

JIRA 7 (Cloud and Server)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new custom field with the type *Date Time Picker *
2. Add to any screen
3. Click in the calendar icon on the field to inform a date and time

Expected Results

The calendar would show the current date and the current time

Actual Results

The calendar pop-up will show the current day and a fixed time.

Notes

On my tests the calendar pop-up will always show 10:00 as time, but there is at least one report where it will always show 01:00.

Workaround

There is no workaround for this issue yet.
