      Summary

Prior to JIRA 7.0, the date picker would highlight the current date when first opened from an issue. As of JIRA 7.0, it highlights yesterday's date instead on Safari, Firefox and Internet Explorer.

      Expected Behavior

Have the current date highlighted in the date picker, no matter which browser is used.

      Actual Behavior

Yesterday's date is highlighted on Safari, Firefox and Internet Explorer.

      Steps to Reproduce

On any field with JIRA's default date picker, click the 'calendar icon' while accessing JIRA through Safari, Firefox or Internet Explorer.

      Workaround

Manually select the date or use Chrome.

Has this been fixed in the non-cloud version? We are running 7.0.10 and still have this issue.
