Clicking on "Today" no longer populates current time on "Date Time Picker" and "Date Picker" custom fields.

Both Date Time Picker and Date Picker have as their default selected value yesterday and not today.
This behaviour changed recently with the latest JIRA updates.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Date time picker custom field.
2. Properly assign it to a project (screens and etc)
3. Create a new issue (or edit an existing one) under the project where the field is configured.
4. Click on the custom field.
5. When the calendar pops up, click on "Today"

Expected Results

Field is populated with current date and time.

Actual Results

Field does not populate current time. The date is properly, but time usually remains as 9:00 PM

No log output

Notes

This issue also affects Tempo "Log Work" Custom field

Workaround

Currently there is no workaround other then manually editing the date/time accordingly.
