On Favorite Filters gadget, the Create Filter link redirects the page to a random issue if the user is using Detail View

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to "Search Issues"
2. Change the view to "Detail View"
3. Add the gadget "Favorite Filters" on a board
4. Click on "Create Filter"
5. A random issue is open instead of "Search Issues"

• "Search Issues" screen is opened

Actual Behaviour

• An issue is shown

Workaround

On "Search Issues", use the "List View"
