Summary

IE 11 is very slow when opening 700 projects from the Issue Navigator.

Environment

• IE11 v 11.0.10240.16431

Steps to Reproduce

1. Created 700 projects from data generator add-on.
2. Create 3000 issues of each project.
3. Open IE 11 browser and login JIRA.
4. Navigate to Issues menu > Search for issues > Click 'Project' column and then user to open up a list of projects and take few seconds to scroll the project lists.

Expected Results

• It loads around 6 - 10 seconds.
• If you click F12, it will load longer time.

Actual Results

• It should load the list of the projects as it is working fine in Chrome and Firefox.
• Chrome and Firefox took 1 ~ 2 seconds.

Workaround

The only current workaround is to use a different browser.
