Steps to reproduce:

• Created 1150 projects
• Create Issue button > Click on the dropdown box to select project

Actual Behavior:

• It will load for around 3-4 seconds, quickly display the list but will disappear.
• But if you press F12, and click on the dropdown box, it will display the list of the projects.

Expected Behavior:

• It should load the list of the projects as it is working fine in Chrome and Firefox

Additional Information:

• When recording the steps to replicate this problem using "Jing", it is working as expected in IE 11. However, when not using "Jing", the issue is reproducible. There must be something with the Console and Jing which makes it work.
