Add the feature "Add Screenshot" to Create issue page

      Suggestion Summary
      When a user creates an issue in JIRA, they have to option to add a screenshot using ctrl +v function in the add screenshot feature.
      However, this feature is not available when creating an issue.

      Current Feature
      The issue create screen only has the Attach File feature.

      Expected Feature
      Add the Atach Screenshot feature to create screen so users can directly paste screenshots while creating an issue.
