I will often:

1. See something wrong in the UI for a product.
2. Take a screenshot of the problem.
3. Create a JIRA issue for the problem.

However, in step 3., I get tripped up because the screenshot of the problem is on the clipboard and I either have to:

1. Save the screenshot to disk and then add it to the issue.
2. Save the issue and then return to it and use "Attach Screenshot"

It would be much nicer if I could simply attach the screenshot in the initial Create dialog.
