Preconditions:

• JIRA v 6.2.7.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create e.g. new Story > Attach new image with contains &(ampersand) symbol in file name, e.g Test_results&etc.PNG > Save changes
2) Type new comment > try to add just attached image as

Expected result: Image is shown on Comments tab.

Actual results: Image is not found.
