Adding Confluence links with ':' in title fails

      If you try to add a Confluence page with a ':' in the title to an issue, you'll get an

      'Unable to create a link to <Confluence Name> as the application does not have any authentication configured.'

      Changing the encoded '%3A' to ':' in the Page URL Field will resolve the issue.
