      Summary
      I have a customer who would like to forward emails from one mail server to their JIRA incoming mail server.
      He then wants the email to be created as an issue however the reporter would have to be the original sender of the email.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Send an Email to User A as User B in his personal Email.
      2. Send an Email to JIRA Server as User A.

      Current Behaviour
      JIRA creates an issue with reporter being USER A.

      Wanted Behaviour
      JIRA should make reporter B the reporter of the issue instead of User A.
