View Watchers feature doesn't work with IE 9 at all

      Steps to reproduce

      • Log on to a JIRA 6.4.3 instance using IE 9 browser, click the icon to 'View Watchers' from a JIRA issue view

      Expected Results

      • should pop up a small menu under the watchers field that allows you to see the list of watchers and add new watchers

      Actual Results

      • Nothing happens
