Today was the first time I used the System Feature to send a System Wide email to users letting them know I plan to upgrade Confluence.

(err..no, it was in the Options & Settings, not System, which itself is not so intuitive... but I digress)

The email was sent – but all of the ID's are put into the TO: field!

Bad Jira. Baaaad. Naughty Jira!

I want all addresses in the BCC so that my recipients don't inadvertently hit REPLY-ALL and spam each other.

I also do not want all users to see who is in the system. That's for me to know, and them not to know. Simple.

Please think about fixing this.
