Email sent via "Send Email" should not display addresses

      We have multiple clients using Jira, and we'd prefer to keep them separate.

      Currently, the "Send Email" functionality to notify Jira users just places all of the address in the "To:" field, visible to all users.

      Recommend either sending mails individually (so users only see their address in the "To:" field) or placing all the addresses in the "Bcc" field.
