This should be fixed on 7.0.
Apparently these have changed, which is fine. However, I couldn't find mention of the new links in JIRA's code base, so we should update to them.

This story involves three things:

• talking with Purchasing to determine what these URLs should be (see https://bitbucket.org/atlassian/atlassian-support-tools-plugin/pull-request/77/stp-342-corrected-stp-license-renewal-link/diff )
• changing existing URLs to be https instead of http (we should be able to check that they are OK)
• verifying that the new URLs actually work
