Steps to reproduce:

Admin

1. Using Internet Explorer 9, go to System > External System Import > CSV importer
2. Select a valid CSV file to import;

JIRA User

1. Using Internet Explorer 9, Click on Issue drop down button > Import Issues from CSV
2. Select a valid CSV file to import;

Actual Results:

• The file doesn't seems to be loaded. Get error "Cannot attach file. Unknown Server Error"

Expected Results:

• The file must be loaded.

Workaround:

Use another browser, such as Chrome
