German calendar date picker javascript has wrong short month name for January

    Description

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      In calendar-de.js the _SMN array lists January as 'Jan' instead of 'Jän'. This results in date validation errors when users try to submit their data (See datepicker.png).
      Manually change the value to 'Jän' works, with no validation error (see datepickerOk.png).
      This can be reproduced when specifing the start/end date of a Sprint or when changing any other date in an issue.
