We are able to link an issue using "is blocking by" or "blocks" condition. However, it does not work. I meant, I'm able to close the issue and it is not taking into the account the condition we set up in the link.

We tried deactivating and activating again the link option (thinking in service clouding issue that may be), but same results.

We need to have a quick response from your since our developers are closing tasks without that option and we need it.
