When users migrate from Cloud to Standalone by backing-up their system using the backup manager, the import process is done successfully with no errors on the JIRA Standalone side. However, the information of Mail Servers will not be restored

As you can see in the following screenshot of the Cloud instance, the Mail Servers have information such as Host and username

After migrating, this is what you will see in the Mail Server page

As can be seen, all Mail Server Host is changed to localhost while all username are removed.

All Mail Handlers are also removed (tracked in JRA-33890)
