In JIRA OnDemand when users migrate from OnDemand to Standalone, by backing-up their system using the backup manager. After the import process is done successfully with no errors on the JIRA Standalone side, the Mail Handlers will not be restored on the Standalone system. The Mail Handler section will be empty.
