automatically created links links (suchas this: JRA-1) are absolute URL's using the BASE URL defined in the config instead of a relative link.
This doesn't work if there are multiple NATed addresses for the Jira box, as is common in extranet or corporate environments.
It would be better to limit the use of BASE URL to email only, and use relative links for web urls.
