Steps to reproduce
Disable a user with issues assigned
Go to Issue Navigator (Basic)
Search for the user in the Assignee field

Expected Results
User should be displayed as a searchable option

Actual Results
User is not displayed in the User List.
Using Advanced mode works successfully searching for issues assigned to the disabled user.
Moving back to Basic leaves the disabled user selected in the assignee field, until you deselect him.
