      Given I'm administering JIRA
      When I create a screen configuration
      Then the fields of the screen configuration should always appear to the end user (especially the required ones!)
      So that the user doesn't have to figure out how to configure the fields or look for the validation errors because they submitted the form wrong.

      This is not a good user experience.
