JIRA hangs on AWS SDK warning

      Problems happens on JIRA startup, in log file I get:

      log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (com.amazonaws.internal.config.InternalConfig).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.
log4j:WARN See http://logging.apache.org/log4j/1.2/faq.html#noconfig for more info.

      It is caused by:
      https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-38962

      If I comment out analytics from bundled plugins pom, problem is gone.
