      This is an expensive calculation.

      We used to do this heavily for searching because we cared about only showing you as column options only the ones that could be used for search "context".

      Context = Projects and Issue Types applicable to the issues that will be returned by the current search.

      We no longer do this smartness because it's not performant at scale. Therefore, we need to limit the number of places that do this around the codebase to the minimum.
