Issue navigator refresh button missing in list view (only available from the bottom of the list)

      When clicking on a filter on Jira I get the search results. A couple of weeks ago there was a refresh button next to the issue count above the list and one in the same place below the list. The one above the list was removed for some reason. Please return the missing button.

      I've added a screenshot of the missing button.
