Comment in wrong issue when aborting a switch in detail filter view

Steps to reproduce:

1. search some issues or open a filter
2. switch to detail view with t
3. type in a comment for the loaded issue
4. switch to other issue (in the left sidebar with mouse click)
5. cancel alert because of form data to stay on the page
6. confirm comment

Loading (circle beside the "Add" button) never ends and the comment is made in the other issue. Which is now highlighted but not loaded.
I hope this is clearly explained, otherwise please ask.
