When adding a comment through Issue Detail View, comment is added to incorrect ticket.

Jira is adding a comment to the incorrect ticket when using Issue Detail View.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Scroll to JIRA Issues using Issue Detail View
2. Click on an issue (issue #1)
3. Type a new comment but don't submit it
4. Click a different issue (issue #2)
5. A warning pops up: "You have entered a comment on this issue. If you navigate away from this page without first saving, the comment will be lost."
6. Click Cancel
7. Then click Add.
8. The page will appear to hang up. And when you go to exit the page it asks if you really want to leave. So it appears that the comment was not added successfully to issue #1. Which is true. However the comment was just added to issue #2.
