Import fails -Data too large exception and DB Switch Fails

      Pls respond to the latest comment added there
      ALso when we switch Databases ie If Jira was pointing to a user ,and we take a oracle dump of it and transfer that to another user and make Jira to point to that Database ,it is assuming that it needs to be installed fresh
      Can you lets us know why this happends
