In JIRA 6.1.5, users receive email notifications in the correct language defined by their user profile language in JIRA, for all events.

In JIRA 6.2.2, some of the events are still displayed in the correct language, including:

• Issue Created
• Issue Updated (e.g. change issue's description, change assignee)
• Issue Closed
• Issue Reopened
  

However, some other events are always displayed in English, no matter what the system language or user profile language is, including:

• Issue Commented
• Issue Comment Edited
• Issue Resolved
• Work Started On Issue
