Please consider implementing a feature that allows customization of lozenges, including making them completely optional. While I appreciate that the result of JRA-36290 is that hovering over the lozenge displays the full text of the status, the truncation can sometimes be very awkward.
For example, we have a long-standing status that truncates in the manner shown in the attachment. This is incredibly unprofessional.
