Issue Link name and status truncated in issue screen

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a big name for an outward description of an issue link
2. Create a status with a big name as well
3. Transition one issue to the status created above
4. Access one issue and use this link type to link to the issue created in step 3 above

Current behaviour

The name of the issue link gets truncated and the status of the issue that has been linked is truncated as well. If you have similar names or statuses, is not possible to differentiate between the two of them.

Expected behaviour

Allow the user to customise the length/number of characters he wants to display on the fields from issue link panel.
