Uploading files with a colon in the filename fails with internal server error instead of useful error message

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Go to EAC/J (v6.1.7#6163-sha1:94d557d)
      • Attach a file to an existing issue, use a file name like Screenshot - 070214 - 10:51:24.png
      • Bug: The upload fails with an internal server error (see the attached screen shot)
      • Expected behaviour: In previous versions, the upload failed with a meaningful message that the filename is not allowed
      • Workaround: remove the colons and the upload works fine, eg _Screenshot - 070214.png
