Smileys issue type icons and the padlock are still not shown in email notifications

      Resolving JRA-25705 meant that avatars are now embedded in notification emails, and able to be seen even if checking one's email offline. This is not the case yet for smileys , issue type icons or the padlock, though.

      Whoever picks this issue up should check for other images that may need inlining, too.
