      JIRA includes a modified version of the jQuery scrollIntoView plugin. Our version handles scrolling when the stalker bar is shown, as well as scrolling JIRA's custom dropdowns to reveal particular items. Unfortunately, our version doesn't work when attempting to scroll to show things inside (JIRA's) form dialogs. That's because the plugin doesn't attempt to find the closest scrollable parent, but rather the closest fixed-position parent.

      Since the latest version of the scrollIntoView plugin actually finds the closest parent with a scrollbar, we should upgrade to the canonical version of the scrollIntoView plugin, re-applying our patches if necessary.
