Description
NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.
In our JIRA instance, we often use validators on the "Create" transition, particularly when we have mandatory field rules such as "Field A required when Field B has a specific value".
With the new dynamic Create Issue dialog introduced in JIRA 5.0, the form does not scroll to the top when a validator triggers a message that prevents creation. The user is left wherever they were scrolled to, with no visible message as to why the issue was not created. They have to know to scroll to the top to see the error.
