Issues created by email with an Outlook email attached are corrupted when attached to the JIRA issue

If an issue is created by email with an Outlook email attached on the original message, the attached email message will not have an extension and when downloaded will not be able to be read.

Even if I add the .msg ext to the file when downloaded from the JIRA Issue the file cannot be read.
