As an Atlassian Connect developer, I would like to query all the filters through the REST API

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Right now, I can only list my favourite issues through the REST API (i.e. /rest/api/2/filter/favourite).

      I would like to have access to all of the filters:

      • List all the personal filters
      • List all the visible filters
      • Search filter by keyword
