Unable to mark an issue as resolved

      We have a single issue that was resolved then reopened, then worked on and then finnaly the developper wanted to resolve the issue. The gui does not give a link to be able to resolve the issue. I have checked the permission scheme and even looked at the XML dump of the data, but cannot find anything about the specific issue that would make it not resolvable.
