Mentions don't support username change

      When i mention users in issue descriptions or comments and after change users username. Then Mention will be rendered like so oldUsernameOfPreviouslyMentionedUser

      Furthermore. If i add new user, that has same login as the one with now changed username had. Then this mention will point at wrong user.
