Currently when you start typing a label the autocomplete/search is case sensitive

For example if I had a label of
      "Monkey"

when I type "monkey" into the labels box it would create a new label without me ever seeing one already existed.

This leaves me with "Monkey" and "monkey" within my labels.

It would be desirable to show me the option of "Monkey" even if I typed "monkey".
