When attempting to select time and date in Issue Navigator, there are error message stating that You must enter text with 15 or fewer characters on IE10.

Steps to Replicate

1. Create a custom field with type date time
2. Reindex
3. Issue Navigator add the newly created custom field
4. Select between option
5. Click on the calender and select a date or time
6. Notice the error message below:
   

Browser Specific: Only Internet Explorer is affected, Firefox and Chrome able to search fine without error. Tested on current latest release 6.0.8.
