Deleted LDAP users should continue to display "full name" in issues/gadgets

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      After a user is removed from the LDAP associated with JIRA, any issues/gadgets will display the user name instead of the previously displayed full name of the user.

      It would be great if the full name continued to be displayed on those cases for historical purposes, since the user name can be not that intuitive in some cases.
