JIRA as an Avatar server for all Atlassian Products

    • We collect Jira feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      JIRA should run as an Avatar server for all of our products to allow for a "consistent" experience amongst our applications. This is particularly relevant for organisations that use JIRA as a user server.

      This includes:

      • FishEye/Crucible
      • Confluence
      • Stash
      • Bamboo

      Unfortunately at present customers need to use the individual product Gravatar support to work around this problem.
