Not able to rearrange the order of sub-tasks due to too many columns

When a user add many columns to be displayed in the sub-task, a weird behavior will appear whereby the arrow to rearrange sub-taks will not be visible when the user hover on the arrow. However, it will still be visible when the mouse pointer is not on the arrows. As the following screen-shots:

Steps to produce:

1. Create a new issue, and create a sub-task for the issue
2. Go to Advanced Settings and add the property jira.table.cols.subtasks to have many columns to display in the sub-task. (in my case, I had 9 columns)
3. Go back to the parent issue, and you can see the problem araise when you try to rearrange the sub-task.
